15-Month Investment Plan
Please read and understand the following terms before entering into an Investment Fund arrangement with Baraka Capital.
The Investment Fund has an investment term of 15 months.
The objective of the Investment Fund is to achieve up to 2X of the original investment within the 15-month period, subject to the terms, conditions, calculations and applicable agreement governing the investment.
The Investment Fund may provide a monthly return of up to 15%, subject to fund performance and the applicable investment agreement.
The stated "up to 15%" represents the maximum potential monthly return and does not constitute a fixed or guaranteed return. Actual returns may vary according to fund performance and the terms of the relevant agreement.
If the fund reaches the agreed 2X objective before the completion of 15 months, the stated investment objective shall be considered achieved.
In such circumstances, the investment agreement may terminate or be cancelled early in accordance with the applicable agreement.
Any further participation following early completion shall be subject to a new agreement or new investment arrangement.
Any partial or full withdrawal made before the completion of the 15-month investment period shall be considered an early withdrawal.
Amounts withdrawn early shall be adjusted against the original investment principal.
No remaining-period profit shall be payable on an amount withdrawn early unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
If the original investment is $10,000 and the investor makes an early withdrawal of $3,000, the remaining principal shall be treated as $7,000, subject to the applicable early withdrawal charge and other adjustments.
An early withdrawal charge of 10% shall apply to early withdrawal requests, unless otherwise stated in the applicable written agreement.
The applicable charge may be deducted from the withdrawal amount or adjusted against the amount payable to the investor.
The early withdrawal charge is in addition to any other applicable adjustments, deductions or charges specified in the relevant agreement.
In the event of early withdrawal, the withdrawal amount shall first be adjusted against the investor's original investment principal.
Expected or projected returns for the remaining investment period shall not be payable on an early withdrawal unless expressly agreed in writing.
The final settlement shall take into account the original investment amount, previous withdrawals, applicable charges and all relevant adjustments under the investment agreement.
The standard investment maturity period is 15 months.
At maturity, the final settlement shall be calculated in accordance with the applicable investment agreement and the relevant fund calculation.
The final amount payable may include the applicable return or profit according to the agreed terms and actual fund performance.
Before making an investment, the investor is responsible for reading and understanding the applicable Investment Fund Terms & Conditions and Investment Agreement.
The investor acknowledges and accepts the applicable conditions relating to early withdrawal, principal adjustment, withdrawal charges and potential loss or reduction of expected returns.
The investor must provide accurate and complete information and promptly notify Baraka Capital of any material changes to their account information.
Baraka Capital may amend the Investment Fund Terms & Conditions where necessary to reflect changes to the investment structure, operations, applicable requirements or other relevant circumstances.
Existing investors shall be governed by the relevant Investment Agreement or any applicable written amendment governing their investment.
Any material amendment affecting an existing investment shall be handled in accordance with the applicable agreement and requirements.
Investment activities involve risks. Returns may be affected by market conditions, fund performance, business conditions, operational circumstances and other factors.
The stated "up to 15%" monthly return is a maximum potential return and is not a fixed or guaranteed return. Investors should carefully consider the risks, withdrawal conditions, applicable charges and other provisions before entering into an investment arrangement.
By entering into an Investment Fund arrangement with Baraka Capital, the investor acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted the applicable Investment Fund Terms & Conditions and the relevant Investment Agreement.
